Past Event Highlights

This look into our past work could not have been possible without the grace and permission of the families and family friends that we have been so fortunate to work with. We were honoured to be a part of the following new narratives.

Note: all event photos have been used with permission from our clients.

"Christina came to our first meeting ready to understand my vision and take on all communications with my vendors. She took over communications with all of them and asked me what level of involvement I wanted to have.

As the date got closer and my stress levels got higher Christina checked in and offered to help with other tasks that we hadn't previously discussed.

Her presence brought calm and organization, and she was at all times a diligent professional. "

Service on the Lake

Friends and family gathered together at the Burnaby Lake Rowing Club to pay tribute to a community pillar. It was a crisp September afternoon and the perfect setting to celebrate an incredible life.

Musician Jeff Bryant sang selected Springsteen hits while various community members, family, friends, and colleagues had an opportunity to share their stories.

Peake of Catering  provided charcuterie boards and sweets for guests to enjoy in a casual reception after the service. Family photos were displayed around the room and a special note card station was set up for guests to write private notes to be brought to a separate location for a private ceremony after

Celebrating A Talented Artist

Over two hundred attendees came to the Robert H Lee Alumni Centre to celebrate the life and legacy of a vibrant and talented young man.

Balloons were sourced in some of his favourite colours and colourful centrepieces were carefully placed on the high top tables. The hall was standing room only.

The Killers, Nikki Minaj, and Diplo were some of the artists featured on a homemade Spotify playlist of Y's favourite songs. Family and friends worked together to facilitate an interactive scrapbook station. Guests texted photos to one person and the pictures were printed out and put into a homemade guest book. Donations to BC Children's Hospital  were collected and attendees left with a commemorative bookmark custom-made for the occasion

The 80s Celebration

Amidst the beautiful landscape in False Creek, family and friends gathered underneath a rooftop tent at the Telus World of Science to celebrate the life of an incredible woman who loved everything about Expo '86.

At her request, Teresa's family threw her the 80s party of a lifetime. Known as the #WineSoakedCougar (a name she coined herself), guests were encouraged to dress up, share their best stories, and toast to a woman who was larger than life.

This potluck-style event began on the rooftop terrace with speeches until sundown. Guests were then led into the Eureka Gallery where Loungeworks provided custom lounges and Lavish Liquid served up signature cocktails in honour of T.
